My name is Adam Abenante, and I am here to help. 

Over my time spent on this earth, I've managed to live a principled life, guided by the will to learn, explore, and engage in meaningful pursuits. 
I married the love of my youth, delivered our children naturally at home, and we are schooling them likewise -without assistance-

Every week since 2007 I have been making regular trips to the mountains to hike, swim, camp and train through all seasons, learning lessons and skills that have carried my family, friends, students and clients through many great challenges.

For those to whom this may be important, I have been internationally certified, as an “Integrative Nutrition Health Coach” (INHC and CIHC), and have been a certified Systema Instructor under Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Ryabko since 2018. I also hold multiple certifications in psychology, natural medicine, sound therapy, spiritual counseling, and various “alternative” healing modalities.
